We are delighted to invite you to the "12th International Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Congress", which will be hosted by the Head and Neck Cancers Society between February 04 – 06, 2027, at Cullinan Belek, Antalya.

During this congress, we aim to present head and neck cancers in the light of the latest scientific knowledge and to discuss topics that will reflect on our daily clinical practice from a multidisciplinary perspective.

As part of our congress, hands-on courses will be organized by expert speakers for our young colleagues currently completing their residencies in Otorhinolaryngology, Radiation Oncology, and Medical Oncology.

We firmly believe that this annual congress will positively contribute to our clinical practice and provide an exceptional platform for us to come together and share our experiences.

  • Participants staying at Cullinan Belek, Antalya will not be charged an external participation fee.
  • The external participation fee applied to guests not staying at the congress hotel includes lunches and coffee breaks at the congress center between 08:00 - 18:00. The use of other hotel facilities is not included.

Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts will only be collected via the online abstract submission form.
  • Academic titles should not be used in author names.
  • Names should be written in lowercase with only the first letter capitalized and without any abbreviations (e.g., Emre Yıldırım).
  • The names and full addresses of the authors' affiliated institutions must be specified.
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (with the exception of abbreviations).
  • If an abbreviation is used in the abstract, its full name must be defined in parentheses at its first occurrence.
  • The abstract should briefly state the objective of the study and the methods used, summarize the results with sufficient numerical detail, and provide a conclusion based on the presented findings.
  • Abstracts must be structured using the following headings: Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • The abstract text must not exceed 3000 characters, excluding the title, author's name, and surname.
  • A maximum of 2 tables or figures may be included in the abstract.

Evaluation & Presentation Information

The evaluations will be conducted online by the Abstract Review Committee, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. At least one of the researchers must have completed their congress registration process for the abstract to be considered.

Oral Presentations

  • Do not use more than 7 lines of text per slide.
  • Ensure that each line does not exceed 6 words.
  • Slides must be prepared in a 16:9 format.
  • Avoid using overly complex or detailed tables on the slides.

Poster Presentations

Your poster will be displayed as an e-poster corresponding to the poster number assigned to you. Posters must be prepared in a 16:9 vertical (portrait) format.

General Information

Date and Venue

The 12th Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancers Congress will take place in Antalya on February 04 – 06, 2027.

Official Language

The official language of the congress is Turkish. Simultaneous Turkish-English and English-Turkish translation will be provided during the sessions.

Certificate of Attendance

Digital certificates of attendance will be sent via e-mail to all registered participants following the congress.

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open between 08:00 and 20:00 on February 04 – 06, 2027. You may collect your name badges and meeting documents from the registration desk.

Letter of Invitation

Official invitation letters requested for institutional permissions to attend the congress will be provided to participants by the Organization Secretariat upon request. A central permission letter will be issued to institutions employing a large number of physicians. Guests holding an invitation letter are responsible for their own registration and accommodation expenses.
